art as a thought process

thought process pushed along by completing two pieces over the past month.

Virus (acrylic on canvas) involves both covid-19 and racism. don’t remember ever enjoying painting on canvas before. but this i did.

Looking Down (acrylic and tile on wood) pays homage to my shower, where so many of my ideas are born.
