is it me?
10 pieces, each approximately 41 X 51 cm . acrylic, alcohol-base pen, fabric paint, marker, beads, glitter, non-glass mirror on paper and wood . (2020)
discussions in the locker room before/after a hockey game cover a whole range of subjects, and one of those got me thinking about the differences/similarities between our bodies. started painting. and then coronavirus quarantine. kept painting. turned into a meditation on women’s boobs and butts, represented through yoga poses. and my favorite part to work on was each different detailed background. would love someone to have the entire ten pieces cause i made them fit together. but we’ll see what happens when quarantine lifts.
